This is why Enköpings Hyresbostäder complemented its property system with Avy

Christoffer Greijer, Head of IT and Digitalisation at Enköpings Hyresbostäder, gives his view on how they reasoned when they chose the Avy tenant experience platform to complement Vitec’s business system.

Why did your company choose Avy’s tenant experience platform?

We want to meet our customers’ needs and wishes both now and in the future. That makes us want to gather the interface towards our customers in one place, regardless of the technical choices we make behind the scenes. Avy has an established and straightforward product that matches our current setup surprisingly well. We also see that Avy’s plans for the future are in line with how we currently want to develop the customer journey with us.

How has the integration with your existing Vitec system worked?

For the flows that are built into the product today, the integrations have worked well. We see it as important going forward to have smooth two-way communication between our systems in order to serve our customers well. That development will be interesting to follow.

Even though it is early in the process, have you started to see any effects?

We have not launched yet, but it will be very interesting to see the impact of Davy in particular, and how it helps us in our communication with our customers.

Do you have any advice for other property companies considering Avy’s tenant experience platform?

If you are looking for a simple interface, smooth handling of the customer journey and good integrations with other systems, Avy is a good choice. The fact that it is an established product with a good pace of development makes the decision easier.
