Avy is a digital accommodation platform that brings together everything related to a tenant's accommodation in one place. Through Avy, you as a tenant or property owner and manager can easily handle matters such as rent payments, fault reports, reservations of common areas and communications.

How do I get started with Avy?

Property owners and managers: Contact Avy here for a first meeting.

Accomodation: To start using Avy, download the “Avy Accommodation App” from the App Store or Google Play. After downloading, log in using BankID or another verification method chosen by your landlord or condominium association.

What features does Avy offer?

Avy offers a range of features to facilitate and streamline the accommodation experience, including:
- Digital rental payment
- Error reporting and case management
- Reservation of common resources such as laundry or overnight apartment
- Communication with the landlord
- Access to accommodation related services and offers

Please note that available features may vary depending on what your landlord or property manager has enabled for your particular property.

How do I file a bug report via Avy?

For residents: To make a bug report, log in to the app and navigate to the bug reports section. Fill in the details of the problem and submit your report. You can then follow the status of your case directly in the app.

Can I book common areas through Avy?

For residents: Yes, if your landlord has enabled this feature, you can book common areas such as laundry, overnight apartment or meeting room directly through the app.
