Are there any barriers for the public good to offer accommodation services?

Interest in housing services has grown strong among real estate companies

Interest in housing services has grown strongly among real estate companies, which today see various forms of accommodation services such as insurance, electricity contracts, broadband and moving cleaning as an important service and a natural part of the customer offer. Olle Lundin notes in his opinion that neither legislation nor case law imposes any legal obstacles to accommodation services.
